The thread title says it all.

There are two reasons:

1) Risk of fraud. If I give you $x on a poker site, and you ship me xxxpal in return, you can then dispute the credit card transaction and I'm stuck for $x, with no leg to stand on. I certainly can't tell xxxPal, "well I sent him $50 on Poker Stars, here's my transfer to prove it." Which leads in to reason

2) It's against T&C at xxxPal. People have had their accounts locked for ages because of these types of transactions, and everybody in their transfer history comes under suspicion. Out of concern for the protection of ITH members who use their accounts legitimately, all xxxPal referenced posts will be deleted on sight.
