Looking for staking for TCOOP - SOLD OUT

Postby taz115 » Jan 05 2012

I'm not sure how active ITH members are in staking anymore now that are US contigent is gone but with the upcoming TCOOP on Pokerstars I'm looking for staking in a couple of tournaments.

I've been increasing my play of late and have found some success over Nov and Dec particularly in turbo events, with 2 FTS in $109 and $82 turbos plus a couple of other cashes in those same events. I am playing solid right now and some of my success over the last couple of months has increased my desire to take a couple shots at some higher limit MTTs. Below I have posted a screenshot of my OPR stats for the past 120 days as background to my recent play. I can post my lifetime stuff to if requested (I may consider popping this post over on 2+2 although I'm loathe to do so).

I'm Zutzman on Stars if anyone wants a more detailed look at my OPR or Sharkscope.

I want to play the following 2 events (offered as a package) and I'm looking to sell 30% to 60% of my action at 1:1 of all winnings (which is good value in my opinion). There are several other TCOOP events that I'd like to play so if the interest is sufficient I'll offer a second package as well (let me know if your interested in buying more action).

I'm offering stakes for the following 2 events (at the moment):

Jan 29 - 11:00 EST : $215 NL Hold'em [Turbo] (replaces the Sunday Warm-up) - $750,000 guaranteed
Jan 29 - 18:30 EST : $215 NL Hold'em Sunday Supersonic - TCOOP Wrap-up Party [Hyper Turbo] - $300,000 guaranteed

Total buy-ins: $430

Action Sold - 58.6%

Non-forum members = 18.6%
Dogs - 5% (paid)
PauliF - 25% ($107.50 owed)
Philhux - 5% (21.50 paid)
Zenjo -5% (21.50 paid)

I'd be in for 5%. I'm not sure if you need to reach a minimum before committing to play, so let me know as soon as you want anything shipped. I'd probably consider a similar amount if you had a second package.

How did you manage to sell a 0.6% increment? Did someone find some loose change on the floor?

I'll play with the amount of support I have now. If for some reason things change between now and then all stakes will be repaid at face value.

With the 0.6%, a couple of my friends wanted to buy a piece so it was easier for them to pay me $40 even and get the equivalent % rather than buying an even % and scrounging for odd dollars.

For the potential second package (may include the prior Sunday events or possibly have the Million thrown in), I'll see how my BR goes between now and then. I'm planning on doing a decent amount of volumne this month but want to protect BR after a recent w/d after my good run over the Christmas holidays.

Pay to Zutzman (Canada) anytime between now and Jan 28.

Thanks and good-luck!

Done, 25% is $107.50. But I still owe you from the Million on my b-day, may as well roll that over now. We swapped 10% of profits and my cash was worth $730, so thats: 730-215 = $515 * 0.1 = $51.5

So you can book your 25% for $56.50.

It was 10% of profits that we swapped correct? I think after doing this math I may have accidentally shorted my other backers for that event, I'll have to go back and figure it out.

I will pay the full whack for this stake. I am self banned from stars for like 3 more months so cant deposit or withdraw... I can send you the monees then.... or Neteller (even exist anymore) or paypal or bank transfer or we can sort something ey

I did see your email (thanks for the bday gift btw!). But I intially thought it was 10% not 5% (drunk/forgetful), and then figured that $50 was bit much to gift me... Thanks!

As far as payment options... no Neteller or bank wire or anything, don't worry about shipping until after your exclusion ends (should only be about 2 months more). I have enough in the BR to enter, just trying to avoid damaging my BR too much when taking shots. If everything goes well I'll be the one shipping you money. Thanks for the stakes!

Reserved.

I'm looking forward to TCOOP as well, too bad most events are earlier than I can play and a bit ouside my BR comforts. I'll try and play the 2 - $55 tournies running the second last Sunday, those should be great events as well. I love playing the mid limit turbo events on Stars without a tonne of sats running into each of them. The softer fields should make for a fun time. Are you planning on playing a lot events Phil?

Have you guys had this email yet?

Reload your PokerStars account for $60 or more from January 9-18 with the bonus code ‘TCOOP’ and you’ll be rewarded you with a free Turbo Championship of Online Poker (TCOOP) ticket worth $22!

TCOOP runs from January 19-29 with a guaranteed prize pool of $10M. There are seven tournaments on the schedule with a $22 buy-in, or you can also use the ticket to play a range of deadline satellites for others events in the series.

Think I might take them up on that.

I think I'll take them up on that as well, was going to deposit the cash my 'live' stakers gave me anyway, a nice value on a $60 deposit.

Will take 5% if it's still available.

All I ever play is turbo MTT's so this series should be great. Since the start of this year I've began playing $109's regularly and I'm going to take some shots at the $215's. I'll probably play about 15 events total. Hopefully the regular schedule MTT's will have a donk influx as well.

The last 5% to Zenjo. Just send to Zutzman (Canada) on stars anytime before the 29th. I think the fields for all the majors should soften up a bit, but not lots, during TCOOP. There was a noticeable difference during Christmas holidays.
