So you place bets and win points if your bets come in... then you play a roshambo tourny with your points or you use the points to buy/bid on prizes? Or both?

Sorry if it is clear... but I'm suffering from woolly thinking this morning.

Its two separate things. You can place bets on the WSOP and win prizes. You can also participate in the WSOR and win a bracelet.

I haven't even figured out how it works. I figure by taking a straight ticket of me playing like a donkey is a good strategy.

Each betting pick costs a $5 donation to COLOMBIANITOS. Members are awarded one free pick for every five purchased by donation, thus a $25 donation purchases six picks. Members should make their donation and notify donations@530ffsuit.com. Once the donation is verified the member can make the alotted number of picks. Members can purchase additional picks at any time until the WSOP main event starts, but only picks on future events will be accepted.

Winning bets are awarded points. As the perceived odds of an occurrence get longer, the points awarded for winning that bet increase. The number of points to be awarded for winning a bet is posted next to the wagering line for that selection. Member points will accumulate throughout the WSOP. Members will be awarded prizes based on the highest prize levels earned.

Ah, I think I get it a bit better now. The problem came from thinking that all these threads were about betting on Roshambo. I'll play as soon as I work out the best way to finance it (I have no money on Stars, Absolute or FT). Can anybody 3rd Party a Party Poker transfer for me?

Yeah, when we started this forum we thought that Roshambo would be more popular than the WSOP betting, hence the name. We could not have been more wrong. Would it be even more confusing if I changed the forum name?
