Nevermind - it is event #8 that will probably be closed.

Change in schedule. I am playing on Monday and will probably not play on Tuesday.

Right, I think he's going to play in the limit event and skip the rebuy event. I have been arguing that he should play smaller field events to maximize his chance at a bracelet.
