What's the best line here?

Postby Bullajami » Sep 28 2010

There are 8 left in a $1 DoN SNG, and the play has been predictably bad for the most part. The chips are fairly evenly distributed, and I have a below average stack of about 1400, sitting 6th in Tc. Blinds are 75/150.

The table is generally tight, even for bad players. My personal observation is that you can steal once an orbit against these bad players, but if you try it twice, you're probably gonna get called, so you'd better have something. I had already stolen once this orbit, and now I have QQ UTG+1.

UTG folds, what's the bet? pot sized, probably gets called by some sheriff with ATo or anything 55 or higher. All-in prolly folds anything less than premiums.
Peace,
Bull

I'd still be raising the standard 2.5x here and I'd be able to get away from an Ace or King flop in some/most cases. I'm not afraid of having to fold a nasty flop and playing with 1000 chips at this stage in these.

Of course, I'd hope someone pushes with 55 or A10 pre-flop rather than call.
