Did I miss an Opportunity?

OK..I am probably over my skis here but I have been running well and got a bug up my....keyster.

Something nags me that I should have raised this hand. Am I right? I am in the break as I write this...lol.

Obv, the outcome was bad. but should I have gotten involved here?

Button (t1225)
SB (t2820)
BB (t2435)
UTG (t2630)
MP1 (t770)
MP2 (t2260)

Preflop: Hero is CO with :qc, :kh
UTG bets t300, MP1 calls t300, 5 folds

Flop: (t825) :6s, :ks, :5s (2 players)
UTG bets t600, MP1 calls t470 (All-In)

Turn: (t1765) :3h (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: (t1765) :6c (2 players, 1 all-in)

Total pot: t1765

Results:
UTG had :9d, :td (one pair, sixes).
MP1 had :js, :9s (flush, King high).
Outcome: MP1 won t1765

I'd probably fold pre do to the fact the it's an UTG raiser and he opened so small. Unless he has been doing that a lot because he's an UTG stealer, there's no reason given the stack sizes to get involved. and keep finding MP1...he's a walking cash machine
