Please help me figure out whether this should be in the Rant/Rave forum or here.

$11 sng, 4 players left, pays 3, blinds 200/400, I am chip leader with 3500 chips. It folds around to me in the SB and I have KQ suited. BB is number 2 in chips with 2900. I shove, he calls with A9o and yes he hits a 9. I bust out 2 hands later as the bubble boy. No real read on this player, he hadn'd done anything that would make him stand out.

I personally think the call was horrific and am not so certain shoving was a very good idea. I could have played it safe and folded, but that seemed way to nitty. I am on the couch. Talk to me.

I put this in holdem resources.

It says that if it's folded to you...you should push Any 2. He should only call with 88+.

Now that's if you are both playing nash perfect and know each other are playing perfectly. Let me change the parameters around a bit.

Let's say he were in the SB and he pushed. What "should" his range be?

He should push 22+ 9x+ 82s+ 83o+ 72s+ 73o+ 62s+ 63o+ 52s+ 53o+ 42s+ 43o 32s

You should call 66+ A7s+ A9o+ KTs+ KJo+

Think of it this way. The site is never going to pay you anyway until Congress passes a law, and maybe not even then! So you didn't lose anything after all.
