Gotta be brave. Plenty often this is big-stack bullshit expecting you to fold. Snap call.

I'll agree with Hawk, but I don't know if I'd be very happy about it. I'm assuming you busted on the bubble here? Or did you fold?

I called and went down in a glorious flame out vs TT. Why I considered folding is the short stack. He has an M of 2, I can fold and have 5200. Min cashing is not the number 1 goal, but in SNG's it is one of them. If he were a bit shorter I would have folded. Which also says that a min raise is probably the best play. I am snap caling the shorty and folding to the big stack.

I think I fold also and live to play on.

SB should be fairly suicidal, so you would have instacalled him.

No folding here. But I would push this hand. I don't want the BB to have a chance to push into me, and if SB has a hand that wants to call me, well I'd be happy to go to war against him with AK. AK is so much better as a pushing hand. I want BB to fold a small pair, but here I've given him a chance to push it into me. Sure, on this hand he's going to call, or should call, anyway. His TT is just too good.

I certainly understand the whole SnG min-cashing thought here Cro.

However, with AK, I'm seeing all five board cards. With AQ or AJ, you can consider a fold because not only do you have to contend with pairs but also the omnipresent AK. With AK, the likelihood of him having AK is remote, but if he does have it, you will generally be in a split and pick up another 100 chips with the SB still on the short stack.

Well Cro's trying to have his cake and eat it too. Nothing wrong with that. You can try to wait until the shortie busts since you are not short--and then still go for a deep run. However, AK is a monster OTB, so go for it.
