Shove pre.

As played, you're never getting away anyhow, but shoving the turn for 2x pot is mostly going to fold weak hands that might call a normal bet and get called by hands that have you beat.

Yeah, that crossed my mind. Villian seemed to be a halfway decent player, i was hoping he would shove over a yucky flop. Looks like I got my wish.

Being short stacked and short handed, you're going to be pushing a lot of hands especially blind v blind. It therefore makes sense to push your strong hands as well as your marginal hands.
OK, he's not calling with Q4, but by keeping the same line, he's still going to call you with a variety of marginal hands, e.g. KJ, A3, etc.
I'm just a break-even donk stuck in the Micros.

Shove pre...mostly....if you had been shoving a lot pre prior to this, then definitely shove pre. If this is the first time, you may raise to induce a spaz and get called and still get the money in good.

I am never a fan of limping with AA. If you raise, people think they are getting "pot odds" to call with position. Get money in the middle with good hands.

This is not to say this would have turned out some other way... if you had shoved (again don't know your image/stats at this point)...limping just invites someone to hit a stupid two pair...
