1st I think I would take 54s out of you opening range from MP/CO. Since it looks like the button is pretty loose here. (at least I noticed he cold call)

I think you have to raise this river for value. If the BB you have flopped at set or 2 pair I think he would of raise by by now. To me this looks like a 6x hand not letting you check behind. Calling isn't that bad because it is possible to get an overcall in this spot.

I agree with what thew said on all counts. You'll win, or split, here the majority of the time. If you get 3 bet I wouldn't cap though, I would just call.

Also I agree about taking 54s out of your opening range from this spot. Unless the table is extremely tight that's way too loose.
