The only questionable action here is the 3bet on the turn. Either he slowplayed AA on the flop (stupid but possible), or he has JJ and slowed down because you capped, or he has AJ and genuinely thinks he has the best hand. I have no idea how people play at these limits so I don't know what would be best. But the fact that the decision is close means it doesn't matter much what you do as any mistake will be a small one.
