I am using the 60-day trial version of PT3. It is auto-configured to move imported HHs to the "processed" file, but that file is empty. So is the file where the HHs were originally stored by the poker software. Any idea where these files have gone? They are not in the recycle bin.

Have you configured the Cake software to store your hands on your machine?

Yup. And then PT3 goes to that folder and takes the HHs and imports them. Then they are gone somewhere I can't find them.

Have you searched your pute for *.txt files? (I presume Cake HHs are in .txt format.)
