The following error message has been popping up at regular intervals today, although on the face of things HEM seems to be working fine:

The file or directory C:\PROGRA~1\PostgresSQL\8.3\data\global is correct and unreadable. Please run Chkdsk utility.

Is this a serious issue? Also how do I run the Chkdsk utility?
