Hey guys!

I just purchased Pokertracker 3 Microstakes and everytime I load the program, the following error message pops up:

"The active database contains hands or tournaments that are over the allowed limit.

This information will not be displayed.

Please upgrade to the full version to see this information."

Now, I thought the Microstakes gives me FULL access to all the hands I've played. I have records for the last couple of months September and October 2011, but nothing previous. I checked my HH folders and the actual folders for these earlier months in question are still there, however, the folders are now empty. This tells me that the hands/tourneys I have played that do NOT show up in my database have, in fact, been processed by PT3. Is this correct? So, why am I only able to view only the Sept/October hands and nothing before that date? These missing records are at the same exact stakes or even lower than the more recent ones (primarily $11 buy in 10 man SNGs and $6/$11 buy in 6max SNGs)

Sounds as though you haven't registered the full version yet. Try Help | Register and then use the registration key you were sent when you purchased the product. PT3 have very good support if you have problems. https://www.pokertracker.com/support/
