HEM HUD on Cake

I remember a while back, long before I even had HEM, that tracking software and HUDs were banned on Cake. Tracking software seems to be available now, but have I read spmewhere that HUDs are not supported?

I've been trawling through the HEM FAQa and forums and can't seem to find the answer
