I have been using Poker Office 5 for a couple of months now and I am using it mostly to track my own progress. I am still a bit overwhelmed by all the stats the program provides and I only use the VP$IP to determine how loose or tight a player plays.

I really want to get more out of the program and I was wondering if someone here could explain me how I can slowly start to use more stats. Maybe someone can explain what besides VP$IP is the most important stat and how it relates to other stats and what certain stats say about players?
