I am a member in 60+ poker forums

They can close your account for almost any reason. Did they refuse to cash out your funds or confiscate your money? I've never heard any complaints like this before about Carbon.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I'd avoid it just because of the unhelpful, poorly worded responses they provided in this instance.

Sometimes, you have to learn what you have done wrong and be aware of it. You can't just blame them for losing in their site or have encountered any other cases that might lead to you joining them. That is the first thing you should do.
