Tony G Poker

Postby pcarfan » Nov 18 2006

Edit: This issue has been resolved by Tony G Poker. Please see pcarfan's final (third) post.-- RiverCascade

DO NOT PLAY AT TONY G POKER

I deposited to try the site and later requested my money back. It's been 4 days, and when I try to contacted them by e-mail at support@tonygpoker.com the mail could not be delivered as it was rejected as spam ??? there is no way to contact them.

Update: DO NOT DEPOSIT AT TONYG POKER

The first two mails did not return to me, and the last e-mail got returned. But, none of them got a reply. So, I decided to e-mail them with my RR e-mail address (yahoo e-mail registered at their site), a few minutes later I get a response saying they recieved it, but I have to register at their site and use the e-mail address after that for further inquiries.

So, the bastards are recieving the mail<my Road Runner e-mail address not registered gets a reply>, but as it is regarding withdrawal they are refusing to reply the mail address that is registerd at their sites. Not even acknowledging recieving them. I feel helpless.

OK, good news, I still don't have the money or replies BUT....I posted at 2+2 and got some good answers. Lots of people with direct connection with TonyG poker offering to help ,I did'nt take up on the offer yet, as one said it took him 2 weeks for the withdrawal to reach and two others said that they did not return their e-mails either but did give their money back. One even recieved it within a few hours depositing from Neteller like I did, but I am going to give them 2 weeks before getting the help offered from guy's who know people who run that place. So, earlier I felt helpless and a feeling of having fallen for a scam, but now it looks like they don't have the best e-mail policy but will at least give my money back and it is good to know that I have contacts that can take action. So, once the money reaches me I'll post back, I think i am in good shape now.
Thanks.

I've got my money.

The problem is with their support service, thsy only have e-mail support which never let's you know anything. Apparently they only allow 1 e-mail to get through after a withdrawal and block all else, but they don't even acknowledge recieving that first e-mail. Then, i got conflicting reports from others saying their e-mail have been down (then, how did they recieve my e- mail from RoadRunner), and I heard from others that their cashout was down (what ever that means, but is'nt it their duty to check that or at least send an e-mail to everyone to make sure it is down and not to be alarmed)

So,, at the end I recieved my money in only 6 days,...but, their support services sucks, and their e-mail policy is unfair.
