Another victim of FPS, Fancy Play Syndrome-- need the correct opp to make moves/try to outplay them-- especially at lower levels where they almost all play at the zeroth or 1st level of thinking you usually do end up spewing chips-- even against the correct opp you have to pick your spots--not try to do it too often. -- Bugsbunny

Games/Levels I Play: 2/4 3/6 6max
Customer Service: no issues so far (1 year)
Software: better than it used to be. multi-tables now. Disconnects occassionaly but not so much to be a problem, seems much better than before. new handgrabber has some issues though with not being able to run internet - firefox or ie - while grabbing hands. I've tried the fixes posted but to no avail. small problem though as I should stay focused on poker anyway. Able to datamine observed tables.
Bonuses- Offering: none that I know of except for signup bonus. I did mine via pokerlistings.
Bonuses- Earning:
Cashout Speed: Can't remember the exact timing, but it wasn't real fast.
Ease of Competition (list game type): Mostly loose/passive with an occassional lag thrown in. A few more reasonable ( though not solid tags) at 3/6 than 2/4, but still jiucy tables.
Traffic Volume: always multiple 6max tables running, fewer fullring.
Favorite/most profitable time of day(s) to play: nights and weekends though play during the day is not bad either. No bonuses is somewhat of a plus to a non bonus-whore (me), since it keeps many of the multi-tabling tags away.
Major downside is one of the highest rakes around. Though the easy to beat games make up for this imo.

Games/Levels I Play: $1/$2 FL fullring HE

Customer Service: 6. Telephone customer service is good. You can wait for days for a reply to your emails.

Software: 4. Bland, unimaginitive software. Slow. Constantly kicking me off of tables, or stalling on hands.

Bonuses- Offering: 8. Direct to bankroll is nice, giving the player the opportunity to play on the bonus money. 50% up to $100 is decent.

Bonuses- Earning: 20x playthrough requirement is problematic to track.

Cashout Speed: 1. Horrible. Waiting 5 days for NETeller or FirePay is ridiculous.

Ease of Competition: 10. They don't call it the fishtank for nothing.

Traffic Volume: 9. Large traffic volume accross all limits.

Favorite/most profitable time of day(s) to play: After midnight. For some reason they get even worse.

Additional Brief Comments: The absolute worst rake structure on the internet. Between the $1/$2 and lower tables getting raked upwards of 17.6% of the pot, the addition 1 cent per 20 cent rake between rake levels, and the horrific $4-$6 rake max, players are getting raked over the coals [pun intended].

Games/Levels I Play: $3/$6 and $5/$10 Short-handed limit
Customer Service: 9 - Excellent, most notably when I had a suspected security breech. They were very keen and quick to help me
Software: 4 - Better now they offer multi-tabling. Not good
Bonuses- Offering: 4 - Nothing special, they've given me about $200 (including 1 RAF) for ~$2k in rake
Bonuses- Earning: 7 - Seemed quick
Cashout Speed: 5 - Several day's for Neteller, but no problems.
Ease of Competition: 10 - Where do they all come from, and why are they so willing to give up money?
Traffic Volume: 5 - During the daytime, there are few SH limit games goin on. Better in the evening
Favorite/most profitable time of day(s) to play: After 9pm GMT

Additional Brief Comments: Even with the excessively high rake, this is by far the most profitable place i've played.
