I have been playing poker since a long time but from last few days i m having big losses...these big losses have disappointed me so much ...I am so helpless...I want to quit the poker...help me please

Which game do you play and which limits? How long have you been playing this limit?
How large were these losses?
Have you ever experienced losses this large in a single session before?
