KANDUKANDU is a form of Texas Hold'Em, played in Kansas, where the cards are "flashed" to the table preflop. The creator of the game had been running it at a bar since about 2008 with no real problems until recently.

According to a thread over at 2plus2, the PPA has gotten involved in helping the guys defend themselves.

The first court date is on Thursday @ 9am sed co court house. It is an injunction hearing. The current case is civil only. Bench trial set for next month.
