frozen click2pay

Postby NormHoul » Jun 20 2009

Hi all

I have opened and account at click2pay and transfered 200$ from everest poker ( great website, but no good cashout options )

When I log in, they say user is locked.

They dont answer to my emails.

Any suggestion to get me out of that pickle ?

Any one else has had problems with this site ? I trusted tuhem because virtually all poker rooms use it.

BTW, 4-5 years ago, I sensed there was a strong community at ITH... now, it seems hard to get an answer when I post. What has changed ?

If you joined via an affiliate, they can usually get answers when you can not. If you joined via ITH, send a message to Ciaran and I'm sure he can get you an answer.

There are a lot of problems with cashouts and payment processors right now, so perhaps the support at Everest is just very slow?

In terms of the number of posts here, it is clearly much slower than a few years ago. It seems to me that there are fewer players in general.

If it's anything like my experience then click2pay will reply to your email after about a week. The customer service is appalling there. Moneybookers is better in every way.
