PHIL GORDON'S LITTLE GREEN BOOK ???????

Postby ROBINHOOD332 » Jun 15 2010

LESSONS AND TEACHINGS IN NO LIMIT TEXAS HOLDEM

Need help with understanding STARTING HAND GUIDES pages 262 - 269.

I understand Early , Middle , Late and Dealer Button, but I'm not clear on
the Small and Big Blind hands.

I just recently bought the book and on Page 262 it reads " All charts can be found in color , printable formats on my Web Site:
www.philgordonpoker.com/littlegreenbook.html .

I tried to go to this web site but it doesn't exist anymore.

I probably have just overlooked some instruction regarding the blinds but
so far they have eluded me. Maybe I can blame it on my TriFocals.

Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !!!!!

ITH WIN STRAT- NEW EXPAND EDITION & PHIL'S LITTLE GRN BO

Postby ROBINHOOD332 » Jun 15 2010

Just received from Amazon two copies, one for myself and the wife. We bought two of the original version a few years ago. And we Bought "The Poker Mindset" and Texas Hold'em Odds and Probabilities"

The thing I love about your books is there well organized and the information
is presented so well.

Plan to order in the very near future your two books on NLTH VOL I & II.

I'm hoping someone can help me out with the forum post "PHIL GORDON'S
LITTLE GREEN BOOK .....LESSONS AND TEACHINGS IN NO LIMIT TEXAS HOLDEM ". PAGES 261 - 269.

I understand Early, Middle , Late , Dealer Button hands but it's not clear to me what hands I'm supposed to play in the Blinds.

Appreciate your help. Thanks !!!!

They are the hands in green with a white background (in addition to all the others). For instance, in an average game you would add Q8s, J8s, 97s, 86s, 75s, 65s, 54s, Q9, T9 and 98 to the hands you would play in late position.
