So how come I heard about this from Amazon before I heard about it here? Big problem on the Amazon side: no description whatsoever.

I need to update the release date at Amazon. That date is incorrect. We're looking at July now as the Rizen, Pearljammer, Apestyles book took priority.

Just in case it wasn't clear, the new book is a rewrite of the classic ITH, with some new material.

Does anyone know were i can find the table of contents for the new ITH book ?

The title All About Limit Hold'em was changed to Internet Texas Hold'em New Expanded Edition. As Nside says, it is a 2nd edition to ITH, with 3 new chapters added, an updated starting hands chart, and updated style/text (should read better).

2 of the new chapters are on short-handed play.

I can't find the table of contents. We'll work on getting all of the TOC's posted on the site... pokerbooks.InternetTexasHoldem.com
