just a couple on SNGs as far as I know. Don't believe anyone has written a cash book yet.

Part 4 of Harrington on Cash Games, Vol 1 is almost 100 pages dedicated to HU post-flop play. Granted, that's certainly not an entire book on the subject, but it's the only thing I've seen so far on HU cash play.

Paul Wasicka has been talking about writing a heads up book. I don't know when it comes out though.

The best is not in book form yet. Just look at all of fenris' posts. Believe me it is far better than any book ever will be.
