I've just bought "Advanced Pot Limit Omaha, Volume I: Small ball and short-handed play" By Jeff Hwang.

This i the First Volume... when the next one will be released ? Is yet available ?

Hi Dizzy, welcome to ITH. Jeff is working on Volume II. I would expect a release in the 2nd half of 2010.
