Who's SCOOPing?

Postby clabbers » Mar 03 2009

I've satellited into the low and medium stakes divisions of Spring Championship of Online Poker at Poker Stars event 2 (PLO8) on April 2nd. Anybody else playing any Other Poker Games events?

Cashed in the Scoop 2 Middle Stakes PLO8, 234th place for $199. Busted out of the low stakes early, and didn't play the hi stakes one.

Have also satellited into HORSE low on sunday, Razz low and medium stakes on Wednesday, 8 Game low stakes on Thursday and Omaha Hi (low stakes) on Friday April 10.

Yes, at all levels - check within the client. Lower value tickets at about $0.0157 per FPP - value rises a little as you buy bigger tickets.

I might play the $215 (or the $22) Triple Draw event. (Event 9)

Play it. I had a dream the night before last that an ITHer won a SCOOP event - and I'm pretty sure it was you. (Not joking). I don't normally remember dreams at all - nor attribute much to them - but this was pretty strong. :)

I guess it's the $215 then :)

(I think you might be spending a little bit too much time on ITH if you start dreaming about me  ;))

I cashed in the PLO8 low buy-in. :D

I would like to play the Razz (#13) but might be out that night.

Might play the Low buyin PLO (#18), but would prefer to satelitte into it if I can. I don't like the idea of splashing out $55 on a game I'm pretty much a beginner in.
I'm just a break-even donk stuck in the Micros.

Im playing the 109 Horse tomorrow and I may also do the 1k one.

I was so pissed off today. I played the VIP 10ffp sat into the PLO rebuy and it was 6max, yet I couldnt find anywhere on the tourney lobby that it was 6 max (I wouldnt have played it)....

I just looked over the schedule and am intrigued by the 8 game...Ive never played 27 triple draw..is it just making the worst hand (with 23457 being the worst?) Are straights and flushes considered high?

Yes, straits and flushes count as high. However, in the 2-3k hands I played now, I never ended up with a flush. And ending up with a strait (or a flush) in a HU pot is not horrible either, unless you opponent stands pat.
