It would be nice to hear from Jeff or other experts, but if you're slowplaying this flop because you have a "monster", that's a really bad idea. That's a juicy flop and in Omaha that means your hand is not all that great. Technically you could be behind if you got all in now. You need to jam the flop, hopefully check the turn, and then jam the river. That's opposite of what you did on the flop and turn. You put in 10 cents with the best hand, and 24 cents with the worst hand.

Make it 40 cents to go on the flop. On the turn he probably checks to you, which is perfect (now you've put in 40 cents with the best hand, and 0 with the worst). On the river he might check or put out a feeler bet, either way raise the pot. You do much better this way.

You should also consider how your opponent played it. If he was concerned about getting freerolled, which is a legitimate concern, then his flop play makes some sense. But most likely he was simply slowplaying, which is just so bad in Omaha in hands like this.
