top set in dry flop, improve to top full house on turn

Seat 1: Hero ( $17.92 USD ) - VPIP: 24, PFR: 16, 3B: 5, AF: 4.4, Hands: 4048
Seat 2: SB ( $7.99 USD ) - VPIP: 50, PFR: 17, 3B: 0, AF: 1.3, Hands: 12
Seat 3: BB ( $29.15 USD ) - VPIP: 47, PFR: 42, 3B: 14, AF: 1.3, Hands: 19

$0.10/$0.25 Pot Limit Omaha Hi

Hand Conversion Powered by weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG ($12.25)
CO ($10.65)
Hero ($17.92)
SB ($7.99)
BB ($29.15)

Pre-Flop: ($0.35, 5 players) Hero is BTN :Th :Ad :Qd :Qs
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.85 ($17.07), SB calls $0.75 ($7.14), BB calls $0.60 ($28.30)

Flop: :9h :Qc :2d ($2.55, 3 players)
SB checks ($7.14), BB bets $1.75 ($26.55), Hero calls $1.75 ($15.32), SB folds ($7.14)

Turn: :2h ($6.05, 2 players)
BB checks ($26.55), Hero ($15.32)?

I choose to call only on flop as the flop has no flush draw, only straight draw. I also have a T in my hand too. Do you guys think my play on the flop is fine?

On turn, since I improve to big full house, I think a half pot bet is enough, what do you guys think? or i should check to induce bluff on river?

Flop is ok, I think. BB donked, which may mean a lower set, so you can raise, because at this level people stack off on the flop with non nut set. On the turn half pot is a good default play. No point in inducing if you don't have a read that villain is v aggro.

I would bet a bit over half pot to set up a good-sized river shove. BB seems loose and a bit passive postflop, so I would like to get all my stack in if he goes into check-call mode with a marginal-to-decent hand. If he was just taking a stab on the flop with air, he will probably not put any more money in the pot no matter what you do.

Since you're playing weakish hands on average in the blinds, slowplaying the flop probably isn't bad (altough there are still lots of turn cards you won't be real excited to see.)

I think 37 is on the right track - you want to bet whatever will set up your preferred river scenarios to get it all in. Personally I'd bet about 2/3 the pot because that's what would set up a river shove that I'd most like to see - in this case, $11 into a $14 pot, which seems very callable if he either already likes his hand, or hits a straight. If he's on a straight draw, then a $3 bet and a river $12 shove into a $12 pot is better, but you don't know he's on a straight draw. If he has a made hand, the other is better and probably works about the same if he's on a straight draw anyway.
