I might peel the turn here because his line doesnt make sense at all. min bet and then calls a pot sized raise on the flop and donks the turn for full pot? I don't know what hands he is doing this with but you should find out. call turn and you might get a free showdown and if he bets the river you can probably fold safely

Why would he slowplay a set on a flop like that? His line seems like a big draw so I am never folding this turn. Also because almost any river card brings a straight or flush on the board, I might just stick it in now.

I fold without reads. People do a lot of stupid crap, so I could see him having a better hand here.

What are your reads OP?

This looks like a float attempt by your opponent. But the 7 is no scarecard for you, so why fold?
I am pretty sure he would've raised a set on the flop.
Call the turn and look what happens, or raise him. ;)

Flop raise is good against an unknown. Turn play depends entirely on the opponent, and I could see myself folding, calling, or raising, depending on how I have seen him play his made hands and draws. Against an unknown, I would probably call the turn and play position, mainly trying to see a cheap showdown. Against some opponents I might consider turning my hand into a bluff on river scarecards, although in this particular hand I do not think that would be such a good idea.

I have seen a lot of people doing this play with a set at such a flop. Without commenting whether it is a good play or not, I know that most of the times they want to see if the flush card comes and if not they push turn.

Although we got blockers to TT or QQ, he may have it, and a good guessing also for his holdings would be a 44xx. The turn card is an excellent one for his 44xx cause it doesnt complete any flush OR straight draws we could have on our flop raising range. He could even be sitting on a 6544 hand and the 7 gave him extra potential!

Another QTxx is also a possibility here, that is searching a safe turn to push.

Readless I would consider myself drawing very thin or splitting pots so I would fold.
Only two things are infinite; the universe and human stupidity, and I 'm not sure about the former!
