Live PLO with $5 button straddle and no blinds

Hi, where I live the game has no blinds and only the button straddle, min $5, and the button and UTG may choose to post up to $25 blind. Buyins $500-$3000. PLHE is played the same way, there's no NLHE or LHE spread. Sometimes the games are mixed, one round each. How would you adapt your play?
