preflop maybe a bit looser, but this table has been pretty loose passive with lot of limping. since this is shallow table, i emphasize more on big cards.

1)i dont think this player will float light
2)straight draw, weak flush draw is big part of his range (even if opponent is on nut flush draw, if facing pot bet, do you think opponent will fold his nut flush draw?)

I'd still fold that hand MP. You'll be oop withouth nut suit and the 3 really hurts. As played s/f flop. YOu have nothing, drawy board, 2 opponents. As played probably fire the turn.
