Unless villain has a set which is less likely based on the frequency he raise, 3bet preflop, and cbet flop, i think he should fold.

What do you want to represent? This board is so dry, you wouldn't raise KKxx here. 66xx and 22xx Hands are with your limp/call almost not in your Range.

If you C/R here, Villian will likely raise all in with Kxxx hands and put you to the test if he is a good thinking player.

With these stack sizes (40BB) you want to have position or you want to have a premium hand out of position and raise preflop so you have almost a pot size bet left and get it in postflop no matter what.

This hand I would fold preflop UTG and raise first from CO or BTN, perhaps defending the BB for one bet if I close the action.
