Is this a call ?

I think you have no fold equity at all imo, i reckon your equity against his range cannot be more than 20% here, so i presume you need 4/1 to call .

Pot is $17.85 / $4.50 = 3.97 ... throw in his remaining stack of nearly $14 if you river his flush means its worth a call ???

Ive no idea tbh ...looking at it originally it looks a clear fold ..now im not sure.
Green = happy and playing , Yellow = disgruntled and slighty miffed but still playing, Orange = Narked big style, fed up and contemplating future, Red = dont talk to me, screw everything and this game can get lost, im Retired !. God knows what Black means

Absolutely it's a call, you need about 4.2 : 1 pot odds which you don't quite have. However if you can get paid a small bet on the river when you make your flush you have implied odds and the call is justified. He probably has a straight but perhaps a small chance he's bluffing or on a straight flush draw. The only time you wouldn't call is if you were certain he will check and fold to a small bet when your flush hits, meaning you have no implied odds.

Interesting - I never considered calling!

I can't see how he has anything strong here given that he checked it twice, surely if he had any kind of hand he would have lead out.

IMO he has nothing, so I shoved and he quickly folded.

I would have done the same. If he has it he has it but we still have outs and as you say most fish won't check twice on a board with a flush out there regardless of their hand strength. As you checked that flop you obviously can't be strong and villain picked up on it to get you off anything marginal, I see it quite a bit.

Actually thinking about it a bit more I think calling and shoving are really close, it's just when I have a decision where folding isn't an option I tend to lean towards the side of aggression.
