Re-reading Winning Poker Tournaments One Hand at a Time Vol. I

Hand 5:
Pearljammer flops a flush. He is in the BB with 2 other players (SB and UTG+1). Checks to him. He checks and the UTG+1 checks behind. UTG+1 was the pre-flop aggressor. Does anybody play this differently? Personally I would have donk bet. Allowing UTG+1 to check behind kinda sucks because now you potentially allow another heart to fall, giving a single paint ...

On page 30 question 10 I'm having trouble understanding where the order of the 3 cards on the flop is coming from. I have categorized the entires by Matthew as follows:

A) An over card
B) Any card other than a T
C) No over card
D) No over card or T

In the book it looks like there are 3 flops ordered as follows:
ABB
DAB
DDA

Any enlightenment on why the 3 cards ...

Is there a projected date for publication of this?

The first two volumes were excellent, and I'm looking forward to the third!

Will you have to read APLO II first or will having read APLO I be enough to get started on doing the wookbook?

Also can you verify if there will be a preorder for the books through ITH and a discount if we buy both of them at the same time.
