I accidently double posted, as a result of a connection problem. The "edit" button says delete/edit but I didn't see any "delete" button in the window.
Generally speaking, it is when you are not the aggressor pre-flop (or on any street for that matter) and you bet into the aggressor. For example, you are in the big blind and you call a raise to see a flop. If you act first and bet before the action reaches the pre-flop raiser, you have "donk bet". You could also "donk" the turn or the river in the same manner.
ABC just means straightforward sound poker. Nothing tricky. This type of poker is often too straightforward to be "sound" as your play will be obvious to the better card readers. TAG stands for Tight Aggressive Poker. Compare to LAG=Loose Aggressive...
