Postby Radford » Apr 29 2011

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, 3.3 Tournament, 500/1000 Blinds 125 Ante (6 handed) - PokerStars Hand Converter from HandHistoryConverter.com

SB (t25329)
BB (t14306)
UTG (t96984)
MP (t44383)
CO (t78424)
Hero (Button) (t59720)

Hero's M: 26.54

Preflop: Hero is Button with :td, :tc
1 fold, MP calls t1000, CO bets t4000, Hero???

Only been at the table around 20 or so hands. MP is pretty tight. The CO is quite loose. What's your play here? I really do hate spots like this

I guess if you were worried MP would limp/raise big hands then you could just repop to about 10k - no reason not to call if CO shoves.

MP's limp is strange though - with antes out there even I wouldnt consider limping. Since his limping range should in theory only include monsters to provoke a bet from the CO then maybe folding is the level 10 play!
