FAQ and collection of MTT wisdom

Your moderator: Poker_Elmo

How many tables are in a multi-table tournament? If you are posting about a single table tourney, please post in the SNG section. I don’t know if there is an official “line”, but I would think that 2-table SNGs should go the the SNG forum, while 5-table SNGs probably should be posted in the MTT forum.

Is this only for NL holdem? No, although the majority of posts are NL. You can certainly post about your stud, Omaha, or limit holdem tourneys (or Razz, go fish, or whatever game you fancy).

Is profanity acceptable? Perhaps in moderation, but name calling is generally not allowed. Remember, we strive to be the “family” gambling site, so keep that in mind when rereading your profanity laced posts ;)

What is this ITH IPOY thing I keep hearing about?: ITH tracks player performance in major online tournaments. Players earn points based on their performance towards the 2006 Internet Player of the Year award. http://www.internettexasholdem.com/inde ... p=2006IPOY

Are these links still working?

I'm getting nothing from the links of Tall Paul, etc.

Is this my whacko computer or have your links expired?

It looks like a problem when the forum was rebuilt. I'll see what we can do to correct them. Thanks for letting us know.
