I am looking for a student to teach Limit Hold’em 6max play too. I have received coaching in the past and still currently from several different coaches. One of my coaches said in "one of the steps to getter better as a poker player is teaching someone yourself". So I am looking for someone who is willing to get coached by me. If you have been playing FR and want to try out 6max that would be ideal because I made the switch a few years ago. There are no strings attached to this my time will be 100% free. As I expected coaching someone will make me a better player as well. I am currently playing $1-$2 6max right now with a win rate of 1.4 BB/100. I play a 28-21-1.8 style of poker at 6 max.

Requirements of potential student:

1. Commit at least one hour a week with me for the next 6 weeks preferably on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday Night between 7pm et -11pm.
2. Your currently playing at stakes less than or equal to $1-$2.
3. Have either PT3 or HEM installed on your PC.
4. Have Skype and http://www.Mikogo.com installed. Skype for talking and Mikogo for screen sharing. (both are free)
5. Have a headset for your computer so week can talk via Skype.
6. Also be open to ideal of me making a video public of your play to be posting the ITH forum.

I almost jumped out of my skin when I saw this. Once I calmed down, I thought it over to see what would impede me from doing this correctly. I am greatly interested in doing this. I just dont want to waste your time. I would like to reserve a spot on your candidate list until I can examine my shcedule.

I have bounced all over the micro limts. My best seems to have been FR .05/.10 levels or at least thats where I have put in the most volume.

I have all other programs in place with the exception of a Mic (but then you knew this from my one ride alnog we did...). I will be sure to pick one up asap. April/May are my busiest months of the year but Tuesdays and Wednesdays are my best bet.

Like I said, I will chk schedule at office in the AM and post back ASAP.

Glad to see your excitement in doing this. I don't mind putting this off until June. I would also like my student to also get some volume in while I'm not around. Also I would suggest getting a headset with a USB connection with my experiences working with a mic & speakers vs a USB head set on Sykpe. The USB headset is the way to go and works much better than just a mic.

I will not be able to take advantage of this offer I am sad to report. I highly recomend that if anyone else can, they should let Thew know ASAP. I have sat in with him once before and it was of great interest and value.
