$3 + $0.30 tourney at PokerStars

Postby Baz501 » Sep 24 2007

Just thought I'd mention that I'm going to try and crack the $3 tourney with over 1000 players in it. Tourney number is 61819814 if anybody is interested in watching me.

It starts in a few minutes and Ill put the table number I'm on here so you know where to find me. Or you can just search username BarryFrench.

Any comments on my play would be much appreciated. Lets hope I can cash in this baby

Still at same table. I am 672 out of 958 at the moment. Dead on $1500 chips. Pretty card dead at the moment. Just being patient.

Finished in a pathetic 772nd (out of 1583) with pocket queens. First hand I really wake up with, have to go all in as I only have 12 BB's left. The villain wakes up with pocket kings.

Too many low pocket pairs, and far too much junk. Best Ax was A6 OOP

Any thoughts from anyone who may have watched (if any)

Thanks
Baz

I watched for about 3 minutes or so. I saw you win with a flush KQs. I saw you defending your big blind where I don't have a clue as to what you could be possibly holding. And I saw you making a (too) big preflop raise.

Maybe you can give a summary similar to what mclelands does here http://www.internettexasholdem.com/phpb ... 54645.html I'd be happy to look at these then.
The road to poker enlightenment is paved with every conceivable FPS move.

Hi Willem...Im going to get a new thread going I think. I just know that after time people stop being interested, and wasnt sure how to maintain interest

Im going to have a look through the hand history for the tournament, I remember making a huge raise preflop cant remember the hand. Think I was UTG with AQ. That was the first playable hand I had for a while, and I just got carried away and wanted to steal the blinds.

A very temporary tilt moment...I got back to my game after :D
