There's 2 of these $27 turbos that run each night. Before this month I'd reached the FT 3 times and finished 8th, 9th and 8th which was really annoying. I worked out that I'd reached the FT 3 times as much as average and was still losing money on the tournaments!

But a couple of weeks ago I made it back and came in 3rd for $2.2K. And tonight I decided to try out being one of the big stacks at the table instead. It's got a lot to recommend it. I entered HU behind and offered the guy a deal. Fortunately he turned it down and I got $3813.33 FTW including 20 bounties. My 2nd best score ever and 3rd 1K field.



So basically:
- Go to the final table as a big stack, not a medium or short one.
- Everyone knows turning down deals brings bad luck so make sure you're the one offering.
