$25k leaderboard freeroll victory!

Postby MacTaiga » Dec 06 2008

Just getting over a stinking flu this week so I've not been playing, only checked my emails this morning to find the invite to the tournament (didn't think I'd even played enough to qualify). I'm not going to turn down a free entry into a $25k tournament (even if there might be a thousand punters) so ill or not in I go.

Turns out the field was only 314, and there was only one winner...first big score in a year!!! 1st place and $6,375 return on free entry is fantastic in my book (though I know some of you guys play much higher).

Christmas just came early at our house (and the missus is spending it already:)).

Hope the rest of you get some similar christmas cheer!

Quite, my dancing around the room actually makes Hobbes look graceful :)

I've calmed down enough now so there's a chance I might even sleep sometime soon!

Interpoker (on the crypto network), but to qualify for the freeroll you had to be one of the top loyalty point earners, or tournament players or headhunters for the month.
