BLACKLIST EUROLINX POKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Postby PEGGY_SUE » Jun 09 2009

I played on this site on Sun. June 7 with a small amount of $ and ran it up
to over $100. I was multitabling 6 tables (all 6 had a total of over $100)
closed the games and my account balance never got updated. After
numerous emails to them their fabulous investigation showed I had not won
money but actually lost money and now I have $33 in my account. I dont care about the money anymore but wanted to let any poker players know
this site is either a bunch of THIEVES or totally INCOMPETENT, since they
seem unable to even track players money.

I know this may sounds slightly insulting, but are you absolutely sure that all the tables were real money and not play money? It is easier than you think to make this mistake.

I am baffled as to how any poker site could make an error like this - other than a major system crash and they would know about this.

I never play for play money. I know it was real money ,they also
said I lost money and took funds out.

Well, with there new software, I must admist that I recently made the mistake at Eurolinx of playing the playmoney table by accident and thought the same thing. Till I realized the problem while talking with their superior CS. They still researched although I told them to not worry about it as some how I made my way to the play tables. THey should not come up with the real tables while joining waiting lists...................

I would be asking them for a Hand History Peggy Sue, that should confirm whether or not you were indeed on real money tables as well as the amounts you were up or down.
