Please help with this, pure cash game player with no strateg

Postby IH8Folding » Apr 23 2010

Been playing poker for a while on fulltilt and pokerstars. Only cash games, and nearly always the mirco stakes. I feel i lack the correct strategy playing these mirco limits. I used to play .10 .25 9 handed with a Bankroll of $300 but i had to withdraw that. i was a consistent winner at the .10 and .25 9 handed games but when i play my normal game now at the mirco limit i can never really beat them! what is a good strategy for these limit ( .01 .02 and .02 .05 9 handed) is it a good idea to play one table and observe EVERTHING? or multi-table 3 or 4 tables and only play big cards and play them hard?bad calls and playing for such small pots really messes with my head while playing the mirco limits. any advice for me?Anything would help..i just want to break out of the micro limits and get properly bankrolled for .10 .25...also is the rake fee's so high on the mirco that is it nearly harder to beat them or is that an issue really?

I doubt anyone can answer that question.

The best is to play a limit that is within your bankroll and post hand examples in the appropriate forum so other players can comment on them.

As far as multitabling goes. I would suggest that you start with one table, play a few thousands hands. Make sure you are playing correctly and then add another table. Repeat the process untill you are satisfied with the number of tables you play.

When you move up a limit, make sure to reduce the number of tables you play and give you some time to adapt to the new limit.

unfortunately, there is no quick and easy way to learn how to win at a poker.
You simply must learn to deal with losing or you will never be a good player. - Nside

I would suggest that you'll gonna win more hands than you lose if you get your money in the middle with the best of it, so you have to buy in for the max to make sure that you are maximizing your wins.
