Bet Out the handIn Matthew Hilger's book, Internet Texas Hold'em, he often refers to "betting out the rest of the hand." What does that term mean?
Re: Bet Out the handBetting out refers to betting when there are players behind you left to act - in other words you have the option of check-calling, check-raising, or betting out. This is different than if you were acting last since now check-raising or check-calling are no longer options.
