I think the solution is to have the conversation in the poker room's public chat window to see if the other players or the poker site minds it.
Peace,
Bull

Have everyones cards face up all the time, make it so much more fun.

Careful..

Remember when Homer Simpson became "the chosen one" in the Stonecutters? He didn't like that too much....

Good idea only some sites ban colluders on the spot, no warnings

I can't ever imagine being comfortable AIMing someone whilst in play at the same table. Without doubting for a second that it's innocent enough (and collusion is a big word as has already been mentioned), for me it's just not right.

Thanks for everyone's thoughts. After reviewing the responses, I do feel that it is not right for me to discuss someone elses hand after being delt cards at the table.

This is the really funny part because I am so much an honest person and could never even think of doing something wrong intentionally, that this never even crossed my mind.

I think if you give him information based off what 2 cards you had then it would cross the line. I can fold a hand then give advice w/o using from the cards I held, mostly b/c I can't remember what I held after I fold. LOL Basically, I think if you give adviced based on a players stats and/or notes on that player then it is acceptable.

Hmm, does seem a bit unethical relying on someone else's notes. A player really should use his brain power only during a hand, imo. But I think "collusion" is over stating it a bit.
