Poker.com/Carbon Drops ePassporte

Postby Piscivorous » Aug 16 2007

My dad informed me at breakfast today that ePassporte has been dropped by Carbon/Poker.com. I went in today and confirmed that it is no longer an option there. At first I thought perhaps it was just being dropped to Americans and thus not visible on my screen, but not when Neteller and Moneybookers are still showing up.

I have an email into Poker.com/Carbon asking why and am hoping for a satisfactory reply. I don't see any like omissions from Stars, FTP or UB, so am hoping this is just a Poker.com thing.

Can we Americans have EcoCard?

Once again Carbon/Poker.com shows me why they have such excellent customer service. Got my reply in 10 minutes:

Carbon/Poker.com wrote:Subject: No more ePassporte?

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting us.

Due to some technical issues with epassporte, it has been temporarily disabled as a payment option. We are expecting this issue to be resolved by next week. You can try to use epassporte as a payment option again then.
Alternatively, you can use another payment option such as ewalletxpress / fonelinx to make a deposit to your account instead.
We sincerely apologsie for this inconvenience.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Sincerely,
Harold Camping was wrong. The world ended on April 15th, 2011.

ePassporte have encountered some problem and would be the best idea for gaming sites such as Carbon to stop linking with them for good. You can also check ePassporte's website for more information of what really happened.
Love it
