Merry Christmas to all. We had a great Christmas until a little accident required a trip to the hospital to give my six year old a few stitches on his lip. He was a trouper and all is well. Nothing like Christmas with 3 children just smiling from ear to ear all day long.

Christmas is for the kids. Even when family can't all get together, it's for family too. My family couldn't get together this year, and yet my son and I "alone" felt quite a family Christmas. Shopping for and playing with a 7 year old on Christmas is fun!

Have a nice week everyone, with as much excitement and relaxation as possible.....

Its been a good end of year/Xmas...........

I "discovered" the Big Bang Theory and now have a box set of the first 4 series to watch.......

My wife "discovered" Mrs Brown's Boys - the last time I heard her laugh that much was our wedding night

My eldest (daughter) is now organising a charity rugby match as well as appearing in panto (her second) - not bad for a 14 year old!

My middle (son) is overjoyed with his new laptop and is settling way better into his new school than I thought possible

My youngest (son) is finally starting to appreciate the genius that is the "shrek quadrilogy" (oh and is coping remarkably well with having his front two teeth knocked out a couple of weeks ago)

If only my profit on Party was looking so good!

Have a good one though everyone :D

Same here. It's been a busy Christmas in a good way! Taking my daughter ziplining tomorrow as one of her Christmas presents. The kid that has everything...

..and Happy New Year all. Nothing like seeing kids have fun at Christmas, even mine who's still somewhat of a kid at 14yo.
