Full Tilt Poker started up there real money tables today. It'll be interesting to see how much traffic they attract and how often the pro backers play a table.

I was waiting for this and had put some money aside. I was thinking there would be a big bonus for beta testers or something.

It seems they are gonna try to promote "Playing with the Pros".

As for me, Im gonna wait for a bonus!

Looks like they have some sort of rake-back in place "the more you play the more money you get back". That's from the email I got, I haven't been to the site yet to see if they have more details posted.

OK - checked on the site. it amounts to 10% rake back, released in increments of $20. They're only doing this until Aug 31 (as of now at least).

Their rake structure also appears very reasonable. About as good as Stars, which is probably the best on the Net. (Some differences, depending on limit and number of players - some a bit better, some a bit worse).

Code: Select all
Rake Structure

Limit Games up to $1/$2
# of Players   Rake   Per $ in Pot   Max Rake
2              0.25    5.00           0.50
3-10           0.25    5.00           1.00

Limit Games $2/$4 and above
# of Players    Rake    Per $ in Pot    Max Rake
2               0.50     10.00           0.50
3               0.50     10.00           1.00
4-5             1.00     20.00           2.00
6-10            1.00     20.00           3.00

NL/PL games
# of Players    Rake    Per $ in Pot    Max Rake

The servers seem to be good, but there isn't a ton of traffic to really test them out.. It also seems like you can usually find a pro to play with... They will be a true player in a few more months.....

I just checked some of the completed tournaments, and it seems like the pros consistantly make that top 10. This can only mean one thing.... The site is a big scam, and deals in the favor of the pros! Until they make it to the the top 10 of course. then its just random.

Also, the pros usually win at ring games. This is also cause they cheat

LOL, I am not sure if you are serious or not here, but don't you think it is because they are better?
