Hello Matthew,
I am reading your book Odds and Probabilities. I like it very much, this book is perfect. I found just one mistake - in the page 105 in the chart ATo vs. the early position raiser is indicated that there are 6 combinations of TT, but in reality there are only 3 combinations. We have one ten in hands, so this reduces the possibility of holding TT by our opponent - we have to reduce 3 combinations out of 6. So, the total numer of all possible combinations will be 39 instead of 42.

Martan, thanks for the catch. I have been really, really surprised with the low number of errors found in this book. There are so many calculations that there were bound to be a few even with all the numerous reviews we did. Thanks very much for letting me know about this and I will get it corrected for the next print run.
